With 1 day that I do squat and deadlift If not then give me some ideas on how to better my leg workouts -- I'm training for a 4:30 mile, not size.

you should run 6 days a week and vary between hard workouts and easy days

I have to do swimming and strength training though, so I can't do 6 days a week. But I guess that answers my questions.

what grade are you in? curious. as long as you're doing heavy physical activity 6/7 or 7/7 days of the week, then its a good workout lol.
