Voltage Nation Official Law Book
The following are a list of laws that have been written by the Military Police Administration, along with a brief description of each infringement and any punishments that may be given. They should be read by every Voltage Nation member, and followed without question or hesitation. Any instances in which a member of Voltage Nation breaks a law will lead to Military Police intervention and/or investigation and may result in punishment.

========◀Profanity/Inappropriate Language▶========
▶Voltage Nation members are not to use profane or inappropriate language while on duty.
[Description]
The act of using profanity/inappropriate language/swear words while on Voltage Nation Duty or while on Voltage Nation grounds.
[Punishment]
Punishments vary a lot depending on multiple factors such as: severity, how censored it is, who/what it is directed to.
In-game warnings are to be given to people who use highly censored profane words. If a more defined version of the word is used indirectly then an In-Game Warning may be given.
Formal warnings are to be given to people who use profane language directly at someone. They can also be given if multiple in-game warnings have been given to a single person. The single use of certain words such as the B word can result in a formal warning.
Demotions are to be given to people who use severe profanity directly. Racism such as using the N word directly or indirectly will still result in demotion.
RankCap is to be given to recruits who cannot be demoted from the above although can be blacklisted depending on severity.
Blacklistment is to be given to people who use profanity on a constant basis directly at people. Severe racism or continuous racism will also result in blacklistment. Recruits can be blacklisted although can be rankcapped depending on severity.

▶Voltage Nation members are not to plan, be involved in, or execute any actions that may be harmful to Voltage Nation or members of the clan.
[Description]
The act of creating plans to affect Voltage Nation in a negative way or using negative methods. An example of this would be to create plans to frame a certain individual for a crime they didn’t commit to get them demoted, or launching an assault on Voltage Nation with another group.
[Punishment]
Punishments vary minimally depending on the situation.
Demotions are to be given to people who plan serious assaults on Voltage Nation events to disrupt or completely ruin them. An example would be to recruit a group of people to join a training and do whatever means necessary to disrupt or stop the training. Hosting a raid on Voltage Nation with another group is also an example of treason.
Demotions are to be given to people who negatively criticize Voltage Nation There are two ways to give criticism to Voltage Nation’s High Command. The first, good way is to point out the good and the bad, hopefully with suggestions on how to fix the problem. The second, bad way is to be derogatory with the criticism. This includes profanity and name-calling.
Blacklistment is to be given to people who plan large operations to damage Voltage Nation or the use of destructive methods. This punishment can be given if the plan is found out before execution and after execution. An example would be to frame a General using fake evidence to get him/her demoted or worse.

▶Voltage Nation members are to be behaved while on duty. This includes being mature, respectful, and obeying orders.
[Description]
The act of behaving in a manner that is against Voltage Nation rules. This can involve being immature, spamming, being disobedient, and anything of the sort.
[Punishment]
Punishments vary depending on what you have done.
In-game warnings are to be given to those who:
- Act slightly immaturely in a Voltage Nation related event (mild trolling)
- Disobey direct orders from a superior
- Spam
Formal warnings or demotions are to be given when a member fails to comply to in-game warnings, or has:
- Flamed another member, whether through swearing or regular insults
- Acted extremely immature (severe trolling, flaming, constant immaturity)

==============◀Abuse of Power▶==============
▶Voltage Nation members that are trusted with a level of power should not use it to harm any other members or the clan itself.
[Description]
The act of someone who is in a position of authority abusing the power given to them. This can be through admin abuse (AA) or corrupt actions.
ADMIN ABUSE: Using your administrative powers at a Voltage Nation facility or event in a way that is not acceptable (:swagify all, :ban/kick all, etc), or using admin commands when you have been asked not to use them.
CORRUPTION: Using your position of power to influence low ranks in a negative way (purposely causing them to break Voltage Nation/ROBLOX rules, intimidation, influencing one's rank due to personal prejudices).
[Punishment]
An in-game warning will be given to someone who:
- Commits mild admin abuse (:swagify all, :disco, use of admin when you have asked not to use it etc)
- Commits mild corruption (telling someone to misbehave in an event)
A formal warning or demotion will be given to someone who:
- Commits severe admin abuse (:ban all/plr, :kick all/plr, :kill all/plr, or use of admin after several warnings not to use it)
- Commits severe corruption (admin abuse of the group, abuse of demotion/promotion powers, attempting to get someone demoted with fabricated evidence)

================◀Punishments▶================
This section will define all of the punishments that can be given to those who break Voltage Nation rules.
[IN-GAME WARNING]: An In-Game Warning is a simple warning in-game with no punishment. Crime is not placed on the Police Records.
[FORMAL WARNING]: A formal warning is where you will usually be given a verbal warning either in-game or via ROBLOX PM and your crime will be placed Police Records.
[DEMOTION]: This is when a user is sent back a rank or several ranks.
[RANK CAP]: When rank capped, the user will be forced to remain at a certain rank and will no longer be allowed to receive promotions for a certain amount of time depending on what has been set.
[BLACKLISTMENT]: The highest punishment that can be given. Those that are blacklisted are banned from all Voltage Nation facilities, any sight of them in a Voltage Nation place will result in their instant removal from the server. These people will NEVER be promoted and will be kept at the rank of Recruit. Only the Commander may revoke a BlackList and in certain situations, the Chief of Police.
