thats what i do all the time
if i really really really really wanted to play it on my TV, i'd either move my computer to my TV and connect it (i did once it was messy) or just take my tablet, deal with the lower fps and bad colors and connect it through the micro hdmi

I'm currently using a XBOX 360 and there having quite a bit of issues even with graphics they'll end up turning down the graphics instead of highering them. |

By the way my 360 is constantly blacking and then having static and yes it is a new model is it overheating? |

That means you need to clear your xbox 360 and check if you got a bad xbox 360 system
Sometimes it can just be the engine messing up from not being taken care of or dropped too many times.
