Where do I follow my friends?

I'm going on a friend's profile, and I can't find the 'follow' button anywhere. Anyone help?

The three dots on the top right, should be kind of to the top and to the right of the person's words, and there should be a dropdown thing when you click it, choose "Join Game".

^ On the person's profile, that is. If multiple people, I'd make a party and join a game.
