To make sure people don't rejoin the group after an exile. We should have a ban option so they don't have access to the group.

How about we tweak this a bit? When the exiled individual pends for the group their character or name is highlighted notifying you that he was exiled.

Personally, I believe that it would be easier to just write down a list of the people that aren't allowed into the group and hand it to the HRs with the exile power, that way if an HR sees that name in the group, they can just exile them. But, I also can see how this would be useful for less organized people I believe there should be stipulations on it, though. The only people allowed to permanently exile someone would be the owner and a set maximum of maybe 3 others, which means only 4 people would be allowed to permanently exile someone. The 3 people given the power wouldn't be able to exile each other, but, the owner could exile any of them if needed. The permanent exile should also be able to be lifted off of a person by any of these 4 unless the owner places a permanent exile on someone. The reason why there would be so little people that can permanently exile someone would be to help owners keep groups clear of power abusers and help the owners keep tabs on who has these powers.

"Can be abused easily" The group admins are in charge, so it's not really abuse if they decide someone should be banned from the group. After all, it's the task of the group owner to pick his admins carefully.

@Al A group admin can easily admin abuse and ban people randomly Not to mention there are a few scumbags located in C&G that steal groups and could run a bot to ban which would essentially ruin groups

So that's not really a valid argument against it either.
