I understand that most of you don't like the gift. It may seem ugly to you, or the prize, according to you, has way less of a value than 31,000 robux. But just remember, you made the decision to buy that gift. You knew that whenever you buy a gift, you don't know what comes out of the gift, so you made the choice to take the risk of purchasing it when you knew it could've been something you won't like. And now that you have the gift and you might be someone who dislikes it, that is your issue, not ROBLOX's.
Whenever you buy a gift, you get what you get and It's done with, whether you like it or not. You were aware that you were taking a chance, and ROBLOX gave you what was in that gift. If you like it, great! If you don't like it, you shouldn't be expecting refunds or a brand new prize out of the gift, because the point of gifts is to not see what is coming out of it until it opens, and it will remain that way for every time ROBLOX makes gifts.
I personally dislike the Vlad hat that came out of one of the gifts, but I'm not ranting for it to be reverted, because ROBLOX doesn't work that way when it comes to presents. The only way they revert gifts is before it opens if they require a necessary change to the gift. So, let's say you managed to get the 31K gift reverted because you didn't like it, then that means every other gift that people bought and didn't like would have to be reverted, which means ROBLOX would have to be reverting a ton of prizes that people didn't like, and that would cause so much chaos. |
