I smile at the nice music. It's been awhile since I've heard any live music. My sister and I used to always go to music festivals together. When she was done, I smiled at her.
"That was really nice," I say, "you'll play for me more later, right?" |

I lie down on the mattress, listening to Jennifer's music as I allow it to serenade me to sleep. |

You see the light dhine through the cracks of the barricades. You yawn and stretch. |

"Mmm," I say, rubbing the drowsiness out of my eyes. Still lying down, I look around for Jennifer. |

Jennifer is lying peacefully in her sleep. You decide to make yourself breakfast after finding a meal packet next to you. |

I smile at the sleeping redhead and sit up, beginning to prepare the meal packet for both of us to share when she wakes up. |

It's bacon, eggs, and pancakes. There's a microwave by the counter, so you warm it up in there. |

After the food has heated up, I bring it back to the mattress, setting it down beside Jennifer. Slowly, I stroke her hair away from her face and gently shake her awake.
"Jennifer, time to wake up..." I say quietly. |

"That's so nice of you Adam. Thanks. Last decent meal I've had in awhile..."
She eats some eggs and eats a pancake. |

"No problem, just don't point guns at me again," I say, starting to eat with Jennifer. |

"I'm going to organize our supplies."
She sorts supplies equally for you and her. |

"Thanks," I say, finishing up my meal and staying seated beside the redheaded girl, "so, how old are you? If you don't mind me asking." |

She looks at you and presents you with one of her Kimber's.
"Here. You deserve this. .45 ought to be enough to kill."
She hands you 4 magazines. |

"Huh? That's your gun though, are you sure you want me to have it?" I ask. |
