A select group of reliable, active, and qualified members of the CIA Academy will be asked to officially join the CIA, considering that your rank is Tier III Test and above.
If you are one of these people, you will be contacted via PRIVATE MESSAGE by DrFran.
If you are not one of these people, upon finishing the academy, you will eventually be accepted into the CIA as well.
