maybe you could unlock certain building thingamabobs after gaining a certain amount of visits or getting the veteran badge, to possibly stop people from randomly stealing other games (since other games would most likely have the locked tools and wouldnt work without)
this is just my early day thinking, woke up 10 minutes ago.
