Standing next to a officers car is illegal? I've experienced this today, 11:17am.. I was away from my keyboard near a police car. I came back and I ended up in jail. I've gotten 2-3 more reports about this from other citizens about them getting false arrested not even in this case.

If it was an SF that arrested you, it was bound to happen. Even if not, LV is a city where even the law enforcement are criminals.
