Hello I am an anti online dater (If in a future update you can see the moderation history please know before commenting that I am short tempered and the online dating warning was for taking over several oder groups). I have noticed how there are many online daters and how there needs to be a stop to them. Slight online dating should have a month ban. Serious online dating (18+ stuff) Should give you a permanent ban. Serious online dating (18+ stuff) involving children should involve a permanent ban AND criminal charges. Please say if there are any ideas I left out or any way to improve this idea.

Too harsh. 80% of the time ODing is roleplay or trolls. 1 week should be the most harsh unless someone keeps it up.

@TheCyborgDog One week ban for 18+ content involving children, are you mentally ill!? However I do think that the idea can be revised for the first non serious oding offense as a warning THEN a ban for a month.

No I'm not mentally ill, I'm logical. You clearly are an extremist and don't want people ODing, but seriously, most people will stop or OD in secret if they even get a warning. Criminal charges is WAY to harsh.

Ok, that makes a bit more sense. I was taking it as being a overage with an underage [I'm also trying to avoid the filter], which would be illegal.
The thing about the serious ODing is that a lot of the time it happens on other websites as well, which is where much of the 'photo exchanging' takes place. It would be very difficult to regulate.
But sure, I'd support:
-Warning
-Month

The serious oding with children was the illegal one (over aged with an under aged person or "making children" with a minor).

I'd say criminal charges are a bit excessive, but the ages of the two ODers should be look at with reasonable caution. |

Photo exchange (which is a much more serious version of serious oding with a minor) = poison ban and criminal charges.

If the photos are explicit, sure, but if the photos aren't explicit, no crime has been committed. |
