suggestion for game card redeeming

What about instead of having predefined items shoved at your face when you redeem a game card you have a certain amount of 'Game Card Credit' (GCC) (Not roblox moneys that you use to buy bc and such,) GCC allows you to choose anything available that you have enough credit for available for that month and not just some piece of crap from your country. i.e New Zealand users can choose American items and American users choose New Zealand items if you know what I mean.
