Lately i looked and saw lots of users who spent lots of effort in their account and was a victim of perm ban for dumb reasons. I myself was a victim of moderation abuse on 3 of my accounts. I think roblox should make a system where you can get your account back if you pay money. If roblox wants money than that is a good idea. I also think their should be a event where everybody who got perm ban can get a second chance and get their old accounts back that got deleted. This event should acquire at least 1 week. A once in a life time event. Something that the community would apreciate. It would be very nice because i was a athletic parkour jock who became a nerd after playing roblox. |

There is already an appeal system, and if the moderators approve of your request to un-ban your account, you will be able to access it again. Oh, and they're pretty fast, too. I was actually able to appeal a 1-day ban almost 12 hours before it was scheduled to unlock on it's own. Roblox admins work their asses off, I tell you.

Alright, a few things here.
Under no circumstances will the moderation team give permanent bans for no reason, or for an unworthy reason.
You are not a "victim", you made mistakes and you received bans.
Paying money to avoid bans is something that absolutely no other game does, Runescape did it for a while in the form the Disk of Returning. Banned players go to the Void, another player can visit and give them a Disk of Returning. The disk itself cost about 10$. This was hated by the community, because many users who were well known scammers/phishers were able to use their gains to infinitely free themselves from the Void and continue doing whatever they want to do.
Why on earth would roblox enact a feature that allows for users who are supposed to be banned, to get back into the game?
An event where everyone who got permed can get unbanned, how about no? Most if not all of those people very much so deserve their perm ban. The ranks of those people include legit hackers, mass mullers and scammers.

Also, peoples complaints about the appeal system. You want to know why appeal mail services for online games are awful? As a review mod for Smallworlds i can tell you exactly why.
99% of the messages we get are the most impolite and sometimes outright rude things anyone has ever read. From kids saying their dad works for our server provider,to saying that if we dont unban them theyre going to hack the website.
Some guidelines for writing a good appeal.
Do:
Be nice
Say please and thank you
Thank the reader for taking their time to read their request
Give a formal apology for whatever you did
list out the things that happened and the mistakes you made, dont blame others
Do NOT:
Swear at the reader
threaten the reader
complain that the reader is not doing their job right
whine that your ban was completely unfair
claim that the mods were abusing their power
blame another user for the issues
Also, use proper grammar, spelling and capitalization. Nobody wants to read text lingo that looks like a 4 year old smashed their face into their keyboard. Write like you're writing a school paper.
Almost all the time, if someone has done any of the "Do Not's" on that list, their request is immediately rejected and their ban is extended. No amount of spent money on the game or membership or even friendliness with the mods will get you unbanned quicker if you're not nice about it. |

I made a appeal in the summer of 2015 and it still didnt get answered. Than i made a post on my second account asking to get my account back and saying why i got banned AND I GOT DELETED AGAIN! Now the only way i might get my account back is talking to david baszucki. |

No Support, but they shouldn't be so trigger-happy with them. One forumer got perma-banned for posting a "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" thread. But they still need to be there so that harmful users can be banned.
