Hello, welcome to the guide to serving somebody at Monty's!

No matter what rank you are, you will most likely serve someone. You will need to know how to do this, so read.
You will wait at the reception desk at the front of the restaurant, than wait for a customer to approach the desk. REMEMBER, 2 people at a time in the reception desk. That doesn't mean if it's full you leave or start a fight. Once a customer comes up to you, you will approach THEM with a greeting such as "Hello! Welcome to Monty's, how can I help you today?".
Than they will most likely ask for a table, you will ask "How many in your party?", meaning how much people will be eating at a table.
Depending on the amount, you will choose a table.
•Here are some examples..
•Regular table : 2 people
•Booth: 3-4 people
•Party table : 5+ people
•Bar : Customers choice
•High chairs (Behind reception desk) : Customers choice (It can be full at times)

You will ask the person if they want to go to the bar, or sit outside. They will choose, if any of them is full, they can choose to wait, or sit somewhere else. It will most likely never be full.

You will ask them if they want to start off with any drinks, than go to the kitchen and get the ordered drink. Than give it to them, ask them if they are ready to order and if so, take their order. If not, say "Okay, take your time". Than get what they ordered, and give it to them. Than come back later for dessert, if they want it.

Once their done eating, you will say something like "Thank you for coming to Monty's!" etc.
All of this stuff doesn't have to be EXACT, you do need to follow this guide STEP by STEP, but something VERY close to this.
