fix everything wrong about the chat system

1. it pops up everytime someone sends you a new message 2. it lags out the site 3. it can take up to a minute for an already read message to be marked "read" when it was first added, i was excited because the broken old chat system was finally being removed. but it was replaced with a laggy and buggy new chat system. add eleventeen billion to my post count|Play my game! www.roblox.com/--place?id=263172601
