This is a forum explaining how to get recommended, and who can recommend to what, and who can recommend. Let's start out with explaining how to get recommended.

How To Get Recommended: How to get recommended from "[MR] Commander" To "[HR] Deputy Chief" Is to come to a lot of trainings, under stand the topic of, "Law Enforcement", and know how to 'train'. You must have at least a little of bit of knowledge( doesn't have to be from other groups), To be recommended from "[MR] Commander", to "[HR] Deputy Chief.

How To Get Recommended From Any Rank Other Than Deputy Chief: How to get recommended from an other rank other than Deputy Chief, is to know how to over watch the members of the group. Know how to treat them with respect, and not disrespect. It takes time to be recommended after you get "[HR] Deputy Chief". It's not that easy. You also need to know not to let AA, or abuse slide. If you do that, you will be demoted.

Who Can Recommend
Who can recommend to what rank and bellow? Deputy Chief's can't recommend. Assistant Chief's can recommend Commander's to Deputy Chief; approval from a SAC+. Assistant Commissioner's can recommend Commander's to DC's; and Deputy Chief's to Assistant Chief's; Approval from a SAC+. Senior Assistant Commissioner's can recommend commander and up.; Approval by Commissioner.
