When ranking someone please make sure you follow this guide carefully. If you do not you will be given a warning. You only get one warning before you are demoted. The roles under the Admin will have everything you will need to know how the ranks, this goes for everyone. Please be sure to check it.
► You may only rank a person up one rank at a time. Unless you are told to do so by me or BOD+
►If you demote someone make sure to tell them why and add a notice to the wall. Also pm me what happened.
Example: [DEMOTION NOTICE] Rekt123 has been demoted from Trainee to customer due to their lack of grammar and respect to HR/MR
►If you promote someone make sure they have been on that rank for the right amount of days. You can check the role under admin to see how many days they have to be on their current rank. Please make sure the rank you are putting them to has an open spot. Again check the roles to see how many are allowed in the next rank. Also post the promotion on the wall and why you gave it to them.
Example: [PROMOTIN NOTICE] iiBae has been promoted from Trainee2 to Barista because, he show a great work ethic and grammar.
►Only Mangers in training+ are allowed to promote a Senior Barista to an Interviewer in training. Please make sure there is an opening before promoting and that they have been a Senior Barista long enough. Again you can check that in the roles.
►Only BOD+ can promote Supervisors, Mangers in training, and Mangers. However you can message or post a suggestion of who you think should be ranked up.
Example: [SUGGESTION] I think that Haider11 would be a good manger. He is already a great supervisor. He help out a lot even when he is busy.
►As far as ranking BOD+ the Chairman and I will be doing that ranking. However you can suggest to us who you think would be good for those positions (When there's an opening.)
