ROBLOX should put this. To make better the chat system.
Status should appear in your profile too, not only in the chat menu.
Appearing Offline is usefull if you don't want your friends invite you in party and chating with you.
Absent can be usefull too. if you are brb, you can put you absent. So your friends will not message you like "are you here?". Absent status will be yellow.
For busy, you will only not be notified and will not see the chat when someone is chating to you and you will not see a party invitation if you are invited. Busy status will be red.
What do you think about it?

That may be useful for some people without external communication systems. (Skype, Discord, etc)
I don't ever chat with people on roblox using their features.

Support,but some tings should be blocked depending on setting. Say if you are set to "invisible" people can't PM you no matter what personal settings you have
