We appreciate the offer on declaring war, however we will have to sadly postpone your request for roughly 2-3 weeks. Below is a list stating the reasons for this;
1. PSICOM has only just recently begun doing events, so activity is limited.
2. Our hierarchy and myself can't maintain a war as of yet due to IRL examinations, revision and jobs to attend to. Alongside that we are still hiring people to fill our high rank spots.
3. Our devs aren't complete with our new facilities; this includes the new base we have planned which is actually near completion but requires fair testing.
4. PSICOM has hostilities woth N/M and has been publicly brought to attention that we may war them in future, so your request is up for debate to accept or postpone further.
5. We don't see your clan as a faction which hosts above average activity; the favt that you've barely had it suggests the group is potentially dead or very inactive. In addition you stated yourself the purpose of war was to generate activity.
