Hello, recently you have heard about congresses denial of NCIS and I agree with them that they already have the IAB to take care of that, but I feel as if NCIS'S main job should be to just plainly investigate crimes and nothing to do with court. Now, I firmly agree that NCIS should be added as a team part of || USA || The United States of America and have these tools: Taser, swat shield, awm, hk, and Police Motorbike. The Number 1 reason why I didn't say Arrest too is because NCIS IS NOT A LAW ENFORCEMENT and that's why. Also I want to hold tryouts once a day so people can help investigate crimes. I also want to really badly help investigate very hard crimes that happened and hold RIGOROUS tryouts so only the best of the best may become a Federal Agent.
