(Look at the trello card for the image as to what it should look like) Lots of times, criminals will get helis, or quickly climb above the bank, making it almost impossible to get and arrest them. Erm. Actually, that is the opposite. If you put the helipad on the top top level on the bank (above where you were standing) and a ladder to access it, the criminals could hop on there and get away. FOR THE CRIMINALS, AYE. No need to call the feds, i'm already here.

Lol which criminal will care? Helipad or not, they can, and still will land there, and rob. The only thing this does it also help people get criminals who are on the roof roof of the bank. It doesn't really effect criminals. It's more of a positive towards cops. I'm going to nay this, however I think this idea should be improved on, criminals can gain access to the building roofs around the bank, where it makes it hard for law enforcement to stop them if they decide to go on a crime spree, I think we should put a ladder somewhere around the bank and a helipad on one of the buildings around the bank. The helipad would make a convenient place to land or spawn helicopters, and the ladder would serve both law enforcement and criminals purpose, as criminals can use it for heists and such on the bank while law enforcement can use it to stop criminals on the roof.

Nay, helipad should be on the very top of the bank not the side of it. Doesn't make since.
