Founded September 2015 by Sxniic .
The establishment of MIFA was purely to connect MPS together,we don't want players and managers to kick/ban/mute/admin abuse or just quit without any reason . We're here to bring back fairplay in a Multi-League project . We're trying to develop the MPS community aswell .
Primary aims:

•Organising exciting and inspiring tournaments

• Events •
The main event of 2015 is the MIFA Multi-League which is projected to start in December . This new event introduces MPS to its first ever four-league event with combined international and European tournaments .
If the multi-league becomes successful and runs for several seasons, it shows that this community is able to bring change and has a bright future.

[MIFA] Multi-League:

• League Partnerships •
MIFA will partnership with most leagues but they must agree to terms set by MIFA, in exchange MIFA will provide services such as qualified referees, a guaranteed approval of the rating and advertise the league to allow players to join. It will also help in construction, management, funding and other aspects of the league if needed .
Requirements:
To have MIFA as the court of justice where bans for Racism and inappropriate behaviour .
To have qualified referees, this can be supplied by MIFA . There must also be referee restrictions, e.g. A player of one team must not referee the game which involved a rival team for the league title, or whatever .
To have suitable rules and gameplay features whilst still meeting the vision of the League owner .
To agree to fixed schedule, where each league owner is given timeslots for all their games, each timeslot being 1 hour. Overlaps are allowed only if the squads of the players in the teams aren’t overlapping .

MIFA Will also partnership with any team and supply them with most services free of charge:
Updated Training Centres(Free)
Pitches to play and train at (Free)
Help in management of the team, e.g to help a club avoid inactivity (Free)
Help set up scouting/trials by advertising them. (Free)
Offer kit services by recommending to clothing partners (BLANK)
Stadium construction (Ranges in Prices)
Feature the club in the MIFA HQ

• Ranks •
President: Sxniic
President is the highest rank in MIFA, Presidents will be elected every year or when one resigns by the MPS community after Sxniic has resigned.
Co-President: DJSWAG250
Second in command of MIFA, oversees all work and has power to confirm opertaions that the President does. Becomes The first in command when the President is away. (e.g Holiday or w/e).
COO: Currently a suspended rank
Oversees all operational work by the Chiefs
Chiefs: Responsible for the work in their department and voices the department workers ideas and opinions in Chief Board meetings with CEO and President.
Directors: Works and guides staff to meet objectives.
Advisors: Same as directors but under their command. Produces reports of current progress with the most efficient way of completing it.
Staff: workers, without staff, nothing is possible. Very likely to get promotions from Staff to Advisor/Director based upon contribution and leadership.
