Have a SERIOUS pet peeve with nonconference schedules? I'm sick of seeing some teams schedule soft opponents only to focus on their conference schedule I'd like to see more marquee non-conference matchups early in the season schedule harder opponents to prove their worth

have it kinda like college basketball where they have like classic tournaments with high seeded team. This basketball season there's a champs tournament with duke, Kentucky, Michigan state, and Kansas. all are ranked in top 15 and face each other in first few games.

each power 5 time should have 9 conference games, 1 opponent from another power 5 or ND, and then 2 opponents from the bottom feeder conferences scratch FCS games
