[Section 1: Intro] Welcome to the "Snowies" Interviews section on the handbook. Here we will describe the following: [Section 2: Contents] Interview Times [I] Interview process [II] Interview Questions [III] Questions & Answers [IV] [I: Interview Times] 10 am Central Time 12 PM Central Time 2 PM Central Time 4 PM central time 8 PM central time * The timings in eastern time is one hour ahead of the giving time. Ex: The first interview will be held in eastern time at 11 am eastern time. [II: Interview Process] Starting Tasks: -Open wall at the starting interview time. (wall/off) Give up to 5 minutes of the wall being open. Once 5 minutes have passed close the walls (wall/on) and lock the server (slock on) -Make sure the wall is closed. (wall/on) -If an interviewee passes, you use the pass stick on them. (This will take them to a room where they’ll receive the badge) If they fail, you use the fail stick on them. - Notify those who pass to walk around in the pass room until it says they're ranked. -Please do not kick customers! Only Trainee-Barista as they’re not supposed to be needed here. (Reminder: Senior Snowcone Makers are helpers.) Kicking or banning customers makes them feel bad, please don’t do it. -Also, please ask ALL the questions before you pass/fail them. Unless they don’t answer at all. Ending Tasks: -Make sure everyone has been interviewed. -If you see no one in line, check the interview rooms to make sure no other MR/HR is interviewing before you end interviews. -You may shout: “Interviews are now over. Check the description for more times.” Or something similar when you have done the above. [III: Interview Questions] If you are not able to attend interviews at the given time. Copy these questions, answer them and send your answer via roblox private message to a GM+ (General Manager and above) ---- Questions: Q.1 What character traits qualify you to be a Trainee? Q.2 Fix this sentence: HI I LOVVEEZZZ UR SNOWCOEN CAN I HAZ PLSSS Q.3 What experience do you have within the franchising groups? Q.4 How did you find Snowies? Q.5 Do you know how to make anything in Snowies? If so list 2-3 things and how to make them Q.6 What would you do if you had to deal with a difficult customer within Snowies? -- [IV:Questions & Answers] Question: When will I know when I passed? Answer: Your interviewer should tell you. If they do not contact a HR. Question: What rank can help with Interviews? Answer: Senior Snowcone Makers Question: What rank can Host Interviews? Answer: Anyone that is Assistant Manager and above Question: What rank can Co-Host Interviews? Answer: Anyone that is Interview Assistant or Interviewer Question: I have not received my rank. Can you promote me? Answer: If you have received the badge, you may contact a HR/MR stating you have the badge. If you did not get the badge but have proof you pass, you may do that as well. Otherwise if your interviewer forgot to list your name, just remind them to send it again. Question: Can I have a Private Interview? Answer: No, we do not allow Private Interviews. Plus it’ll be unfair to others. Question: What ranks have to Interview? Answer: Interview Assistant through Team Leader. But if there’s low staff working at the interview center, High ranks MUST help.

I just went to an interview server. The interviewer didn't interview everyone, and kicked me from the server for no reason.

I work hard,Never say huh?, and never get orders wrong. "Hi I love your snowcones, may I have one please? I have been with other groups,and I had good experience. An adversiment. sorry I know how to do them but my computer is about to die. {next day} I would deal with it myself or ask them to leave.
