Roblox Studio Always in Offline Mode

My Roblox Studio keeps going to offline mode. My internet is working fine. My Roblox Studio only seems to actually be online for a limited amount of time and then suddenly starts saying "Feature not available in offline mode. Please check your internet connection and restart Roblox."

I also have this problem. It's infuriating to deal with. So far, I've found a way around this by saving the game as a place file and then publishing it to ROBLOX as soon as I start up studio. It seems to work as long as I don't do anything else in-between.
