@Vertillian Why would you toast it in the first place if you wanted it soft? @1roy9993 > "What are you changing from the original battle network to this battle network?" Probably the biggest change is how capturing tiles works. Originally it was a 5 control points based system similar to a popular Battlefield gamemode. What it changed to is more of a typical raid like experience where you have one objective in the center of the map typically within some form of fortification. HOWEVER, said fortification will have several access points, some always accessible others like gates can be closed. Another change worth mentioning is the time frame you will be able to capture tiles, we haven't made a final decision on this yet but you're most likely looking at a 6 hour time frame daily where the Network is "open" as in tiles can be raided. Oh that reminds me, direction from which you attack a tile comes in to play. Your spawn location in-game will correlate to the direction your clan is attacking from. > "will guns be RCL based?" No we have already created a completely new customization gun system. Though core mechanics are the same as other guns we did add the following: - FilteringEnabled support with major efficiency measures to support 50 players - Fully customizable - Custom animations - Sprint/crouch stance both used by holding their respective keys - Weapon sheathing > "Will this be used for wars of possible?" That is the idea behind it yes, we will have to see if it works out the way it was intended to. > "Can you bring the player building stuff up again?" I'm no quite sure what you are referring but since I've mentioned this once on a post before I'm assuming you mean bases being customizable. We haven't gone much into this, but the gist of it is that owning a tile gives you x resources per hour. These resources can be spent by clan leaders (or HRs) to improve owned fortifications, for example increasing wall height, adding a moat, and many more @maste1925 As it stands now I'm afraid not, I can list you the issues we've come up with when discussing it: - Changes would require manual approval - Imbalance as in clans changing their tech to favor them - Possibly malicious code - Clans not trusting the Network with giving us their tech which I understand However, our gun system is extremely customizable so you can get very close to what your clan originally used weapon wise. The way it will work is you will be using your own "tech" (based on the BN system) at your home tile, while on other neutral tiles you will be using the standard BN system. @BrutalAnnihilation End of November, early December.

@parasights Beta will only have 2-3 maps, but for final release we're planning to have a broad variety. @LordIntense > "How many estimated clans will participate?" We can't make any estimates at this point. > "Who will have access to beta?" Participating hand picked clans, RAA is one of them.

@Inevera Are you referring to the torso tilt? If so, yes we've decided to keep that in for now though we toned it down. Reason for this is because it makes you a smaller target from the front which will come in handy when there is lots going on. @shockage Are you?

@Teow Basically you have a map consisting of tiles in a hexagon shape, each one of those tiles represents a place that you can raid and capture. If you capture it you own the tile on the map. This will allow clans to raid and fight wars in a fair environment without relying on the other party to abide by terms.
