I know that spam is one of the main things people try to figure out how to get rid of and with also the scamming also, here's my solution. You can follow this and support and share to others. Or leave at it is and let the administrators figure a solution which may take a while.
I call it Comment Changer. It does with each person individuality and counts of how many times they comment on a certain item and processes it. Once this method is understood by each person the comment changer will calculate and add more time per each comment will make. Drastically lowering the comment rate by individual user. More to less will end spam quicker than waiting for 3,600 seconds to comment again. (Yes, this method did work, but not very good).
To end the spammers/scammers you have to put it in a simple term to follow and if they break that term they are forced to have a warning for excessive commentary and ending their comments from ruining the true comments about the hat and their opinions.
This Comment changer will also do the same thing to the scammers too. Once there is enough information about it. The message will go straight to the moderation and they will do with the website to further ban it. And the users whom said it.
This is still in the development of anyone opinions but, if you can share this to others and maybe we change the face of Roblox and how to express our beliefs to end this.
