Need some kind of Overlap Deleter

Hey! I'm making a map and it was basically impossible to do it without overlapping hundreds of blocks. Considering that there's an overwhelming about if overlap on a flat land, I can't just raise the height of any blocks so I'm wondering offered a way I can delete overlap so there's only 1 of the 2 blocks in that spot. If not, maybe there could be a script or something to do it? I really need to get rid of the hideous overlap.

Z-Fighting. The only way to get rid of it is to use CSG, or move them slightly apart from eachother.
