Sorry to anyone reading this for a second time. I posted this on the LMAD forum, then realised it would probably be better off here, so: I've just started work on a project, for which I need at least one builder - quite possibly more, so don't feel like you can't apply if someone else already has! Job description: Size: Quite large build, but to start with it can be small. Pricing: I'm not a BC, and I don't earn much R$, so this is what I will offer you If it never gets finished, or I only end up requiring a small amount of your services, then I will give you 100% of the profits. Once the game gets started, and I begin to expand, if you want to stay working with me, then your rates will increase to 1/2 of our profits from the game. If for whatever reason you do not want to continue working with me, then I will continue to give you as close as I can get to your original margin (I.e. if I make less than what you were making before, I will pay you what I do make, but if I make more, then I will pay you a high average of what you used to make). If there are multiple builders working on this, then I will divide the rates between all of the builders working on it (and myself of course :P). Style: The built is for a lobby, but you should have a relatively free reign with this. I'm going to be needing different zones in the long run, but short term I will only need one zone - and you can choose that yourself. If you have any other questions, or would like to apply, please message me, either by replying to this thread, or by sending me a private message. Thank you. Bobbybillyhi P.S. When I talk about expanding the game, I mean as in building multiple zones. The first zone will need to be of at least a medium size - small for a lobby - and when expanding, these zones should be about the same size, and hopefully modular in their connections (I will explain more when we come to it, and I can probably work around it anyway). An example zone size I quickly made can be found here: http://www.roblox.com/Example-Size-item?id=321560146

so you pay them 100% of the profit then in INCREASES to 50%, seems legit

Mathematically, yes - after the first step, it would not be much to hope for an over 100% increase in profits by that point (That sounds like a lot, but considering the game will be TINY up till that point, it wouldn't be too hard a goal). So yes, an increase to 50%. If you say that when the game was small it was at 1 TIX a day on average, and then it rose to 2.5, half of 2.5 would be 1.25, so you would in effect be receiving a 25% increase on your previous rate. (Just to clarify, I do NOT expect to be making amounts as low as this for long once the game goes out, but obviously while we're developing and in the early stages, we cannot expect much). Maths :)
