Not signed. This guy isn't worth being in Congress. He doesn't know the difference between federal and municipal. He commits crimes in Las Vegas, I've seen it happen. He lies about agencies being corrupt, and better yet, he's corrupt in general. Why would you support someone who is like this? He can't fix Las Vegas of anything, and he can't make abuse disappear. There will always be an abusive person weather you like it or not. It happens. A lot of people are power hungry and greedy. You can't stop corruption when you're in Congress. That is why I am not signing.
