A TV in your little warehouse flicks to the evening news and you and your crew, if you've got one lean in to listen in. "Good evening New Haven! Tonight we have very important news as well as updates for the war in the Middle East! Now for the big news, Don Gabriel Vitoni, the leader of the Mafia the controlled almost all of New Haven. Reports of police officers arresting the senior members of the Vitoni Family are coming in and the rest of the family have fled. The Vitoni Family has been destroyed which leaves the question of what the days ahead will hold for us."
Info:
New Haven is a city of perpetual crime in Connecticut. Being the largest port city in the state many criminal organizations are attracted to the wealth generated from this city, but there was one problem.
The Vitoni Family controlled the Police, town hall, and most of the gangs in the town effectively putting any competition down. With the death of Gabriel Vitoni and his officers the whole system has collapsed.
Gangs, yakuza, triads, cartels, and mafias now fight for dominance in the city. You are one of these "criminal entrepreneurs" and want your piece of the pie. Question is, how you gonna get it?
Places of Note:
New Haven Wharfs: the port of Mew Haven where all the ships dock up and bring in cargo and goods.
The business district: The place where all the legitimate business take place like General Electrics and the such inside the Gold district
Dining District: just above the wharfs the many restaurants along the road can be used as fronts for selling goods to "anonymous" buyers
Warehouse district: rows of warehouse where anything can be stored.
Slums: the outer edge of the city where everything is packed in tight and most druggies and criminals hang out,
White District: the mid ring of the city, the area where the middle class live and work
Gold district: the center of the city near town hall where the rich and famous live in lavish apartments and homes.
Little Italy: aptly named from where all the Italian immigrants settled down in
Chinatown: need I say more?
Metro: abandoned subway where all kind of dirty deeds can happen
Major Criminals:
The Vellacini Family: the now largest Mafia in the city. The Vellacini family is known for its good deals and rates but also for its ruthless nature.
The Sun-Yee Tu: the only triad in the city trying to control the drug trade into the city. Ruthless and heartless.
The Brotherhood: the main cartel in the city, fight the Sun-Yee for drug control and are just as ruthless. Will kill in broad daylight and get away with it.
Hell Hounds
One of the larger gangs controlling the east end of the Slums. Biggest buyer of drugs in the city and the most hostile.
The Khans: the largest biker gang in New Haven. Drug traffickers and mugging is their primary business
Problems for the Criminals
Neighborhood watch: only prevalent in the White District. Will call the police
Police: Although corrupt and easily bribed they do have their lines and killing of a politician or wealthy citizen is not ok and they will try to arrest you.
FBI: always on the lookout for major crime organizations within the city, can't be bribed but don't snoop around unless something big happens
DEA: Always on the lookout for drug labs and shipments.

Rock other than not telling me how many members in total it's good other than that all are accepted. Although none of you want to have your own leading character I guess? |

Alias(if one): The Void Walker
Age: 32

Position: The High Priest of the Void
Bio(optional but welcomed):
I was born in the Void.

They will go to all lengths to either convert one to the Void, enslave them, or sacrifice them to the Void. Whichever works best and in their favor. Their belief is that the Ocean is the key to the Void, that eventually the Ocean will meet the End, the Void. That is their reason towards owning the docks. They currently own a small fishing boat, one they use to start raids on other fishers.
Other: The Void is us. The Void is me. The Void is you. The Void is everything. Accept the Void, or be destroyed.

Character CS:
Name: Joran Cein(pronounced sain)
Alias(if one): Fearsower
Age: 31
Appearance: Joran is 5'10 and has learned to be particularly intimidating. He has dyed his hair into a mixture of black with white streaks, and he has the cold, calculating stare of a criminal mastermind with his sea-blue eyes. While he isn't intimidating in musculature, he covers it up with a black overcoat and dark glasses. It may sound cliche, but believe me, he knows how to make the effect work.
Items and weapons: A FN Five-SeveN carried in a holster under his coat. A short-range radio concealed on the inside of his coat, activated by pushing a button. A small briefcase, concealable under his coat as long as nobody is looking for it too hard.
Organization: Underworld
Position: Leader.
Bio(optional but welcomed): I'm feeling lazy.
Gang CS
Name: Underworld
Location and names of controlled places(two places for non-admins): Underworld has established business to the residents of the White District, while also conducting business of all sorts in the Metro.
Members(limit of 12 for regular factions): Underworld currently has 9 members, but are looking to expand their power base.
Information/background: Underworld began as a small-time go between organization for drug addicts and sellers for the Vitoni family. Operating mainly in the White District, fencing to the middle-class who could afford it and who easily became addicted, life was good but restricted for Underworld. When the Vitoni family fell, Joran, who was already the unofficial leader of Underworld, officially broke it off and made it independent of other gangs and organizations. They would continue in the drug trafficking business, but also move in to enforcement, "protection", and even assassination.

I lean back in the plush office chair and look at my Capo's. "With the Vitoni gone we quickly set up a power base but now we need to expand. For now we control what comes in to the wharfs but we need to keep it that way. Send messengers to the gangs operating on the wharf and tell them if they want their shipments to come in they need to pay 30% of the profits to us or their shipments will have an accident capisce?" They nod, "We get you Don Antonio." I smile, "Then hop to it its." They walk out to do their jobs. |

"Void, we offer you, the great and holy End, the mightiest of all, the beginning and the end, this mortal nonbeliever. He has sinned us, and the sinners must repay their debt to the End! Accept our sacrifice, make us stronger in your name, so we may let the entire world know the End is coming!" Darrel stabbed the man on the table, who screamed even louder than before.
"For the Greats!" Stab.
"For the Beginning!" Stab.
"For the Gods!" Stab.
"FOR THE END!" The man's screaming stopped abruptly.
"Toss his body into the Void, and may he learn his true place in the grand cycle." The corpse was thrown overboard, into the ocean, as the ship made it's way back to port. From their position, they could still see part of the now destroyed fishing ship, but it mattered not - there is no evidence to suggest they were the ones doing their deeds.
"End Walkers, do your task - find us slaves, sacrifices, or other believers in the Void. Go now, and save us all." |

Joran was watching the news. Reaching over and picking up the phone, he made a call to his second for Underworld. "Vitoni's dead. Good work planting evidence. Now White is ours." Hanging up and setting the phone back down, he turned off the television and rose from his chair.
He exited his house in the White District. As usual, one of his fences was down the street, being watched over by an enforcer to make sure nobody tried to do anything to stop the trade of goods. Casting only a glance at them, he looked and walked away to Underworld's temporary HQ in the Metro.
An hour later, when all nine members of Underworld were gathered there around the table, he began. "Vitoni and his elite are dead or have been arrested. We're independent now." All gathered at the table grinned, and one clapped. "We continue fencing over in White, but nobody takes over from us. Dozens of small gangs are going to be snooping around, exploring potential markets. We either recruit them, or kill them, got it?" Affirmatives from the crowd. "As of now, we control this section of the Metro too. Yi and Gorvanz, you two break into a couple of warehouses, see if there's anything we can use. If so, we take it, if not, we sell it, and if we find anything really important we ransom it." Two nods.
"Pointer, Jordan, Palone, Affin, you keep the money-makers over in White satisfied and staying with us as their most reliable source." Four more nods. "Hassan, you go out there and find us potential recruits. Visit the jails for anyone with useful skills, and if they agree to join us, we can bust them out." Another nod. The last member of Underworld looked to Joran for instructions. "Bellico, you're our ambassador, of sorts. Talk to the Mactionatos first and get them to join us, or at least work with us. Get them to give us guns and anything else that might be useful, for promises of support and a working relationship." The last member nodded, and everyone filed out to do their jobs. |

I lean on the desk and look at the man trembling infront of me, "You think because Vitoni's gone you can just quit our dealing? No no no, I'm in charge now and I don't deal with deal breakers." I turn to the man in the bloody apron and flick my hand, "Take him to the warehouse and cut him up. Feed him to the pigs." The big man nods and drags the man out back throwing him into the trunk of a car. He waves two guards over and they get in and drive to the warehouse district. |

Jason stood their in warehouse 23 watching his men reading up a large batch ready for dispatching to certain 'buyers' around the city, one of his men threw him 1 ounce of fresh, mary jane, he looked over his men in the corner snipping the fresh coming in crop. "Davidson, get more batches ready in the next hour so the rest can set off." Said Jason to a man across the room.
"Okay Jason." Said the man. Jason packed the product in a duffle bag and walked out the warehouse, he threw it around his side and pulled up his hood, he went from a steady walk into a full sprint as he scaled a wall in front of the warehouse he then climbed onto a roof and looked over the city. He looked at his phone and got the co-ordinates for the drop, he made his way down in that way jumping of the roof and landing on another. |

Orion
As one of our ships docked, several Orion gang members began unloading several boxes and crates, carrying them to the Warehouse they own. While they did their things, some gang members began prepping the vehicles.
After the unloading, we began loading large amounts of chocolate bars on the ship, in an effort to cover our tracks. |

Vellacini Family
Several associates armed at the wharfs entrance watch the proceedings but just stand at the checkpoint. They chit chat and scare off any pedestrian trying to look in. They wave to two cops as they walk by. A group of associates hassle a few gang members from a minor gang that hangs around. They hit them when they refuse to pay the tax for using the docks. |

He arrives at his destination and meets a group of guys wearing dark clothes, he shows them the produce and they show him the money. They swap but as Jason tries to leave he hears a gun getting cocked.
"Give us the money." One of the men order, jason turns around and puts down his arms quickly dropping the briefcase.
"Sorry, but I'm keeping it." Jason replies holding the suitcase tightly, the man shoots next to Jason but he doesn't move.
"The money now!" He demands him and his men moving closer, them holding bats.
"I don't come without support." Jason says smirking, then a split second later a pickup smashed through the fence to the right and two men jump of and shoots them. Jason grabs the weapons and grabs the products and jumps on the back, they drive off going over the bodies. |

Guards are posted around the docks as a large cargo ship pulls up to port. The Capo waves to the men to begin unloading the goods while he pays the ship captain. The men load the rectangular crates into the backs of two SUV's. When all 15 cases are loaded the men hope in and drive off to unload the shipment of firearms. |
