Hello members of Allied Airborne. Some of you may know me, most of you don't.
My Allied Airborne "Career" is as follows.
I joined AA in mid-2014 and quickly advanced in the ranks alongside MasterOfWar10.
I was "trained" by many legends, MrAmazing, bahll, zepenguin and schames.
2014 was the golden year for AA, 40 member patrols and training's as well as well trained and experienced HRs. The trainees communicate and use grammar.
About a month after I joined, I gained the rank of LHR and was soon to be promoted to a higher position as the Higher Ranks proclaimed I was a "Model Officer". That never happened however.
We were rank attacked by dusekinn, leaving us crippled for months. I left AA for an extended period of time after that and returned shortly after the AA-Allemand war. (Early 2015.")
I stayed in AA for a few weeks, gaining a High Medium rank. But when we were rank attacked once again, I left... Only to return in July later that year.
I earned my way up to a decent HR position by late July (Era of the returning legendary HRs) and took a significant part in Allied Airborne for a few months, being extremely active. I was put in charge of the failing Military Police, reformed it and brought order to the High Ranking Officers for a few months, until things changed.
TonyGroce left Allied Airborne to form a German group, "GDK", it's initial purpose being to go to war with AA. He put one of Allied Airborne's worst offenders, but best leaders Duseskinn in charge of Allied Airborne, simply giving him a rank named "General Of the Army"
While tony still held AA for himself.
The AA-GDK war was fought without terms and there are dozens of claims that GDK had unfair advantages that still go unproven, yet not supported with evidence to this day.
In the AA-GDK war's final days, dusekinn gave MasterOfWar10 the position of GOA and went inactive.
On the final day of the AA-GDK war, sometime in August-September. Allied Airborne had a victorious day, after beating GDK in a raid and defense.
Shortly after, MasterOfWar10 hosted a meeting detailing his plans to fix Allied Airborne. They were widely accepted by all of the High Ranking officers present.
However, TonyGroce joined the game MINUTES after and began claiming he would Shut Allied Airborne down, after ten minutes of throwing threats at us he called an Allied Airborne meeting and put on his infamous outfit he wears to the day of this writing.
He said he would be taking AA back, that he himself would fix IT and the entire WWII community.
He stole the rank of GOA from MasterOfWar and did nothing at all except make a few stupid rules that were soon forgotten by even himself.
MasterOfWar resigned from Allied Airborne soon after, followed by a few of our good HRs.
I watched them leave, but remained. I thought I could make a difference somewhere in the near future.
It is a few weeks later. The HRs are untrained, immature and disrespectful.
The trainees are nearly all hopeless and unskilled.
Allied Airborne is barely standing, our "General of the army" never online and the top leaders always arguing.
I was put in a High Ranking Command position and removed as commandant of the MP due to an ex-commandant rejoining (He was extremely inactive.)
I attempted to fix AA with my position, but it was simply impossible. Almost the entire group was negative.
Then one day it happened... The second rank attack. The day that Allied Airborne was set on a downhill route with no escape.
"The great rank attack."
One of our 2IC's was "hacked" and ever single member was demoted.
TonyGroce was active in this time, yet watched his entire group remain as privates and refused to lift a finger himself until three weeks later when he promoted SOMEONE ELSE to repair AA.
It was never repaired, however. Every single decent trainee and High Rank had left during those three weeks, we were getting 4 member training's and Tony had promoted the only officers he has available, me and a group of immature MR's.
Allied Airborne remained in this state until a few weeks/month ago when the old HRs began coming back. (Again.) They got the group back onto its feet. However, TonyGroce was inactive during this era, as he always has been when AA is doing well.
Until a few days ago, Allied Airborne was doing decently well. We had a slight chance of becoming a war group (Although NEVER a clan.) and the good HRs provided balance with the unskilled HRs.

That forum should explain most of it, allow me to explain the most horrible part of it.
"ALLIED AIRBORNE TRAINING RULES { SERGEANT FIRST CLASS - GENERAL, MUST READ!!! }
1. YOU MUST DO A UNIFORM INSPECTION AT THE BEGINNNG OF THE TRAINING! IF A TRAINEE CANNOT AFFORD THE UNIFORM, SHIRT/PANTS THEM CORRECTLY, ANOTHER OFFICER WILL MAKE A PRACTICE RAID ARENA AS YOU PROGRESS WITH THE TRAINING***
2. YOU MUST COMPLETE AT LEAST 4-5 OBSTACLE COURSES TO GET SOME "PHYSICAL TRAINING" INPUT FOR THE TRAINEES, AND AT LEAST DO 5 LAPS AROUND THE TRACK***
3. There must be a classroom segment where the trainer explains the rank structure of Allied Airborne, the irl United States Military war history ( we are ww2 era right now ), and basic/advanced combat tactics{depending on the rank audience.
4. There will be another short Physical training where you will make the trainees do cheer jacks which is where you type in EXACTLY: "/e cheer" and it is ONE cheer jack. You may make them do however much you want, but a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 300.
5. You will team the trainees as even as you can and commence a PR with a maximum score limit of 500 KO's and a minimum of 50 KO's.
6. At the end you will give promotions to the ones that deserve it, PROMOTION GUIDE MUST BE FOLLOWED OR YOU ARE DUE TO A DEMOTION"
It should make ME and every decent C&Ger cringe that 4/5 of training's are based around mythical "PHYSICAL TRAINING" and "classroom segments."
It is for this reason I am writing this resignation.
I don't want to put my time into making people do "physical exercise" or go to a classroom inside a VIDEO GAME.
I want to spend my time in a group training for what we are actually supposed to do, not stupid in-game "Physical discipline".
I could deal with these changes, if I could still do my assigned task.
Enforcing and preserving the Allied Airborne rules and guidelines.
However, TonyGroce recently shut down the Military Police, and orders were given out that MPs are now normal members.
It is for this extreme stupidity out of Allied Airborne's top leaders that I have written this resignation.
Allied Airborne is doomed, we were already a laughing stock in the WWII "community"
But now NO ONE KNOWS US. We are less than a laughing stock, completely unknown to anyone outside of the group. And that is how it's doomed to remain. With training's forced to be 4/5 Role-Playing instead of focused on combat, OldMajor1 planning to kick out all of the Actual HRs (That have not yet resigned.) and TonyGroce not doing anything but getting someone else to ruin the group for him.
I look back at AA in mid-2014. And I see an inactive TonyGroce, Great HRs and trainees.
Sadly, Tony returned and ended that era.
Every single time the High Ranks of Allied Airborne have an idea that could turn the group around, Tony completely blocks it, and AA continues on its path to rock bottom.
And now with a 2IC completely aimed at focusing the group on completely unneeded Role Playing aspects, I believe Allied Airborne has hit rock bottom of the hill.
There is nothing, no defiance, no rebellion, no RANK ATTACK that can change TonyGroce's mind.
Because he doesn't care.
He doesn't care about the HRs.
He doesn't care about the MRs or LRs.
He doesn't care if the group won legit, autowin for AA!
He doesn't care if he is ruining every chance the group has and ever WILL have of becoming a war group.
And he never will.

Well, you resigned with the same reasons I did. If TonyGroce thinks he's a leader he should of resigned months ago. Jack gave Tony the group as he believed Tony could succeed him, and now I bet he regrets it. Tony should be succeeded as he as ruined the group in not believing in his officers doing the best decisions for the group. |

You know I believe that the AA could be great, but that could only happen if people stop joining the AA just so they could parachute in D-Day, and many of those people that join the group just for that, I was one of them when I joined the AA some years back. But at some point I started to join Training's and get more involved in the AA. those were the good old days when there was no one that Ranked attacked,even if the highest I have been promoted to back then was corporal they were still good old days. Back then we never had someone saying stuff like All the HRs leave the group so that tony sees it and actually try's to fix it, there was non of that back in the good old days, but now-a-days we have people saying that the AA is going down hill and that Tony messed up but really it is the people that is saying it is going down hill and the rank attackers and the people that just join to go Parachuting into the battle on D-Day are the one that are making us go down hill. Also some HRs that says that Tony got rid of the all the good HRs are wrong because they left but there is good HRs still in the group. And those people that believe that Tony is only keeping the AA group around just for the money is wrong because he is keeping the AA around to keep the WW2 community alive.
So basically We just need people to stop saying that we are going down hill and stop letting people into the group just so they can Parachute in D-Day and never attend or care about training's or don't even care about the group at all. |

IKR, if anyone challenges Tony's (or the person he hired to make decisions for him's) decision, he won't even listen to reason.
"Tony, I strongly appose the Role Playing aspects in the new rules."

Also, he uses "are" instead of "our" and it is extremely annoying.
