An item "refund" option.

Sometimes I regret buying a specific item I never use, and I wish I could return it for the Robux I payed for it. My suggestion is that the unsatisfied consumer can return an item for the amount of Robux they payed for it, that way, we could use the refunded Robux to purchase another item. This completely my opinion, don't judge me.

I have posted a suggestion like this before. But, overall, people did not agree. I do agree, however. I believe that sometimes the picture can be deceiving. And you cannot see how it looks on your character yet, I get that. But I do not agree with getting all of the Robux back, I think people would just abuse that by buying things just for an occasion. It's basically like renting it for free. I would suggest making it so you get 3/4ths or 1/2 back. But I overall support this idea.

WNTS (If its not on there it should be). Plus its against the ToS (Terms of Service). "1. Billing All sales of Roblox products and services are final, including virtual items and currency. No refunds will be given. If you believe an unauthorized charge was made under your account, you must notify us immediately so that we may take appropriate action." The refunding system is completely opinionated. It is just that items payed for with literal money should be assured satisfactory to the consumer. But yes, I haven't recently reviewed the ToS and withdraw my suggestion.
