Subject explains almost everything... basically everytime you comment you will get a confirmation that you aren't a bot. This would reduce/remove spam. |

The system would only get rid of bots IF it was applied to making accounts, verifying e-mails, logging in, commenting, and writing forum posts. Just applying it to comments will not rid of the pesty bots. |

Go onto any hat/face/package/game. I bet a decent amount of money that at least 4 of the top 5 comments will be spam/scams. |

And they get deleted pretty quickly, not to mention they're not bots, so a captcha won't work.

If you see those "free robux giveaways!" they most definitely are bots. Their accounts are almost always unavailable. |

So? Add those links to the block list, people will still fall for it as the original creator of the scam will only need to get a way to get the users posting it. It doesn't solve anything.

The comments section was meant to add opinions to games, not "ogm bildr man todl me (insert spam here)" and adding them to a blacklist is very hard to do. People will just keep varying the way it is said. |

Many scammers will make a bot to spam the chat. If their message gets blacklisted, they just re-phrase what they say, make a new keystroke website, and feed it into their bots again. Adding captcha will at least discourage them by making them do it MANUALLY. |
