MakerModelLua has never really appealed to me, and EISS is what ive been using since it came out. Before that I used khols.

depends for what, overall EISS is the best, although all have their faults especially the new Kohls.. I loved Scripth though

Don't use either, they both suck. MakerModelLua V3 is inefficient. EISS is really inefficient and the anti-exploiting features are a joke.
