Something has caught my attention. Systems of war must be enstated in order to create a peaceful and Creative mindset. Thus I am enstating new rules and Instructions that are to be used when either In war, Ending a war, or Begining a war.
I: Both factions must have a reason to be in war, not just a Quarrel between leaders, or a random raid from someone in a Faction, Wearing the uniform. Any Soldier who acts indevidually in an Offensive and or Illigal Activity, (Hacking, Random Killing, Random Raiding, Protesting, ETC.) will not be charged to the Nation, but will be charged to the indevidual soldier, and he/her will be charged to the Offended nation's Law and will be trialed as a Civilian.
II: Declarations of War can only be allowed by these surcumstances;
One. A group of Soldiers is ordered to attack a Homeland Game/Personal Space.
Two. If a groups Officer(s) Or Soldier(s) is randomly attacked. (The attacked Soldiers/Officers must still abide by the Laws, if they are going past a restricted point they are not allowed to be in, the Attack is justified)
Three. (The most common way) When One nation gets in a Political Arguement with the Other nation, And both Nations agree to go to war.
III: Both Nations at war, Must have a Justified Reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.
IV: No Randomly killing Small Groups. They must be in the boundry depending on your size. Example: [ XNation=200 Soldiers, YNation=100 Soldiers] This boundry is justified.
Another Example: [XNation=200 members, YNation=30] This type will NOT be Justified.
(This may be a bit confusing ^)
V. Random raiding is NOT permitted. If 4+ Soldiers appear at a fort of an Enemy nation, without giving notice and nagotiating time of the Raid, They can be Kicked and or Banned from that Server.
