those that mean explosions will do effect e.g the lets say an artillery was gonna bombard a base, will it be strong enough the dense concrete of blocks? will it just destroy it depending on its density values? in other words, will explosions become affected?

So do you mean like a special Property might be called "PercentExplosionDampening" or something similar or do you mean that explosions will automatically act as though they are flinging feathers whenever they blow up anything as dense as a feather ?

not quite, I mean like density/weight, as in, will it be strong enough to blow up a huge concrete fortification or blast bricks from a house. or able to affect an (0.2 , 0.2 , 0.2) brick

There is a Property called "BlastPressure" on Explosions . So the blowing up seems to be based on the settings of each Explosion in the joint-breakage step of such. You can check the wiki . If an Explosion catches a joint, the joint will break .
