Alright... another one of these blasted threads.
So, two ideas.
Number one, basic Pokemon RP. New region, new starters, but not much else other than a new plot with new antagonists and a big bad Organization. I'm thinking of using some sort of group of artifacts that are being gathered by the Organization, that grants the users special abilities. I'll figure out new legendaries later.
Second, one that could spark... controversy. Have you ever been reading, watching a movie, or playing a game, and one of your favorite protagonists dies? Well, this idea involves their afterlife. Or, what the multiverse does to them next. (This takes place in the MTG multiverse, BTW. Also, spoilers for certain series.)
After protagonists are killed, the multiverse summons them to a new world, in which they can live in peace eternally, never aging if they don't want to. Characters such as Brom, Rue, Prim, and Maes Hues are brought to this world. A paradise, with people of it's own. Every living thing in this world has an ability known as Form- which is the physical incarnation of their soul. Furthermore, people can learn other types of Form aside from their original, or Origin Form. This world is known as Termina Ultieara, and was created by 5 immensely powerful planeswalkers
The story takes place three months after Prim Everdeen finds herself in Termina Ultiera. Shortly after she awakens in this world, mysterious people begin appearing. These people are from our world. But, they could in no way be called the good guys. These are the worst murderers and criminals in our history- and they too have been granted Form. But their Form is pure evil. We wouldn't be able to play as the resurrected characters, except for admins, but we would heavily interact with them, including many in the main party. People who are good with history might want to apply for admin- they can play the evil people from our world, if they want, and can also play as resurrected characters.
Like I said, this second one could be a bit controversial. NO OFFENSE IS MEANT IN ANYWAY BY INCLUDING EVIL PEOPLE FROM OUR HISTORY. |

I like both ideas, but I don't really know that much about Magic: The Gathering lore, so I'll be in the dark for the second one.

Yes, while I admit that that ex-president is evil, he isn't dead yet. Only dead evil people can be in this.
There are some that could be considered, or might not. I'll scratch the "Pure Evil" form thing, but still, most of them are evil. People like Julius Caesar or Gengis Khan could be considered evil, but they could also be considered good. (Both killed loads of people, and were very cruel, but they both did great things for their people. For example, Caesar committed genocide, but he still did good things for Rome. Gengis Khan's men killed entire cities, but his empire was extremely safe, unless you rebelled. You rebel, you die.)
Also, think of Form as more of a superpower that you are born with. You can learn different types of Form too, but you start with a single class. Or, sometimes, two types. This may take place in the Magic the Gathering multiverse, but it doesn't use magic. Form is like magic, but the way it functions is vastly different. It uses energy from the soul, and it responds directly to the user's true thoughts.
For Kamina, perhaps, if he died, and you would help me maintain the story (Being and admin). Also, you don't need to know MTG lore for this one. The planeswalkers are just in the background, watching the world they created and hoping that someone can stop the evil people from destroying it. |

Brom, from Eragon. Yeah, literature counts. Basically, protagonists, or good characters, from books, movies, shows, or video games, who die, are brought to this world as a sort of after-life or paradise, where they get a chance at a good life.

Ok, so here's the deal: I've finished writing the plot for the reincarnation idea, (Which will be a very exciting RP, indeed, and will include pretty much any good series in which a protagonist dies) but have an entirely new idea aside from that, based on Egyptian Myth. (Particularly inspired by Rick Riordan's Kane Chronicles.)
