legally in the US minors are not allowed to make anonymous purchases with a credit or debit card, even if they own a debit card registered in their name
you need a parent, too bad, this is a site for kids and on a site for kids you need a parent in order to use real money to buy anything
prepurchased credit is the only exemption, such as roblox cards or prepaid giftcards

It actually is a legal issue, in most countries minors are not permitted to spend real money online. I expect this piece of legislation to be altered once physical stores become a thing of the past (they will, just wait). |
