Why are kinder surprise eggs banned and guns aren't? What's dangerous about eating a chocolate egg, getting a plastic capsule out of it and getting a free toy? Or are you dumb enough to try and eat the capsule?

Maybe if the parent doesn't stop them from it But the plastic could also have had some form of a toxic chemical in it making the chocolate a bit bad They could be just commonly eaten by 4 year olds who aren't Einsteins yet right?

The right to bear arms is assured by the constitution. The right to eat kinder eggs is not. That is why, you dip.

I think it's because it's easy to put dangerous stuff in there. It's easier to ban it than to try to fix it some way, I guess.

If I recall it correctly Kinder eggs aren't banned specifically. What I mean with this is that the law don't state "Kinder eggs are banned, possess one and you'll be executed in a public square to make an example". I believe it just happened to fall under a law that prevents companies from selling food products with surprise/random items inside of them due to the potential risk of someone not knowing that there is indeed a massive egg inside of it with a toy (big mouth, very big month) and just swallowing it whole or something along those lines. :^)

You'd have to be blind to not see a neon yellow plastic capsule after taking the first bite "It could be toxic" o yea cause the millions of people who eat them globally are totally poisoned

Well the law's not specifically against kinder eggs. It's probably in place so you can't put things in candies and such that you can swallow whole.

You'd have to be an idiot to put a piece of hard plastic in your mouth
