The Bird, without a noise, was silently watching from a close proximity, though was thankful that the other two mutants didn't notice her. They seemed pretty scary, and she did seem pretty unintimidating compared to them.

Meanwhile, in Urban New York...
Billy
Billy thought he saw something move, so he jumped down to investigate, he was feeling hungry anyway. He headed into an alleyway.
Gargies
Gargies saw the human in the building. He decided to lure him over, he felt hungry. The human came closer and closer. Then, Gargies jumped on him, the human struggled.
"AAAAJJXNWUKANSIOCMEAMKXOAPWOQJCNHD" the human cried in gibberish. Gargies started by scratching an "X" into his chest. He ripped open his chest to see his ribs and pumping heart. His lungs were still somewhat functional, so the human was still alive, just screaming. Gargies began to pull out the humans inte.stines and wrapped them around his neck and stuffed the end into the humans mouth. Gargies gleefully licked the blood around the body and his hands. He then stuffed one of his claws into the humans nose to pull out the brain, the whole nose was destroyed and the brain managed to get out in one piece. Gargies ate the brain and continued.

How odd. Why would that mutant, that very huge mutant, let a human go with just that? Bird wasn't exactly judging, but it was unexpected, it was strange. It was something she didn't think was going to happen. Bird glanced back over at the female(?) mutant, noticing that apparently she had seen her, even from her hiding place, though it's not really a hiding place, it's more of a place where she just stood quietly. What a sight.
Now. Should Bird come out? Or should Bird stay here for a while? The decision was hard to make for her, so she just stood there for a moment, before taking a small step out. She told in her head if they were aggressive to mutants who were "weak", she would immediately make a run for it.

Wow. So this lady is just going to make the decision for her. The bird, without even wanting to, squeaked loudly, in both confusion and anxiety. Oh jeez, what should she do? What should she do? Should she hop down and to the other two? Should she stay? Well, it's something that would have to depend on how nice the other two were.

The bird waits for a few more minutes, before deciding to hop off the tree branch and onto the ground, flapping her wing to break her fall. She glides and glides until she lands elegantly on the floor, before tucking her wings back into her sides. She bowed her head, and chirped, presumably as a sign of submissive or kindness. "H-hello," she said, tilting her head a little.
Actually, the Bird looks less like a mutant, or a human that used to be, and more like a huge giant bird. If you were to look at a picture of her, you'd assume it would be a regular, small green bird, and there would be some weird perspective trick that would make her look so large. But, if you were to look closer, she would look uncanny.

"Not sure," the Bird replied, her shoulders, though hard to see through all that feather, were shrugging, "I know I was there, but I don't really remember it. I was made at the, uh, 'The Strange Creatures', if I could remember correctly, but..." The Bird turned her head away towards the sky in thought, trying to find the answer she wanted, but nope, her mind turned up into a blank. "Yeah, I don't know."
