Greetings, fellow Americans!
After long and in depth consideration and thought, I have decided to attempt to run for the next Secretary of Defense of the United States of America.
Following the recent resignation of the Secretary of Defense, I took this as an opportunity to think about fixing up and advancing our military. Before I begin, I feel that achievements have nothing to do with such topic, as I am doing this to show that I am a worthy candidate to fix up our military and to make it better.
Below are topics I will be discussing:
- Why I should become SECDEF
- Goals other than below that I wish to accomplish
- How I can benefit our Administration
- Re-opening the Coast Guard and introducing new and improved tasks and missions for the organization to give use to the organization and offer more job opportunities.
- Resolving and clearing up the Russian threat. If necessary, preparing necessary and effective defense.
- Weekly meetings to ensure all branches, divisions, and personnel of the United States Military are running swiftly and effectively.
- Eradicate any potential lurking abuse within the Department of Defense and the United States Military.

[Why I am looking to become Secretary of Defense]
Firstly, I am looking for a fresh start. After being the DNI, and FBI DD, I have realised, that isn't my thing. I want to start anew, with something that I care about, the Military.
Secondly, I feel USM could have a better leader and a better beginning. Our current Military is going no where and dying slowly, I feel I can fix what has happened to the Military of our Nation.
Finally, I am seeking this job because I have worked in it before, after working with the Military on terms of Intelligence, I feel I am better there than I was in Intelligence. Getting Secretary of Defence will fulfill my goals on ROBLOX and I know I will and would've made a difference if I was selected to be the Secretary of Defence.
[What specific experience do you have that is relevant to this job?]
My experiences with the job would be that I was previously an O-9 back in the Jcmand and Lumidas administration. I also was also Navy Staff back last year.
I have also been in NoelNooks military, back a while ago, it was a great experience but I resigned because of certain reasons. Currently, I am short time running a group called HMRG, which has to do with the Grenadier Guards. Although not being an actual Military, they still are taught quite a few different military techniques and ranks.
Also, in real, I do cadets, which teaches me a range of abilities such as discipline. In the cadet unit, you must be strict and must follow all orders, this can help structure our army and to make them more strict. I can also train our Military in a real way, using real tactics that I have been taught and things that can benefit our Military.
[What are your goals and what do you plan to accomplish in this position?]
Currently, the United States Military as a whole is inactive. The USM and its sub branches need a new Defence Secretary. The current Defence Secretary has done little to improve USM in his time (though being in office for a few weeks). If I was appointed as Secretary of Defence, I would make sure that everyone in their position knows what they're doing; that's the main thing that will fix USM. I have tried tirelessly to try and fix our current Military. I have tried to get to speak to the higher authorities and have struggled to get their attention. But, I promised myself and I promise America I will not give up.
The USM needs a new rule system and active leaders. Currently, hardly any of the leaders of the Military are active, and all the lower ranking staff are left to do their jobs. If elected in this position, this will be limited or not happen at all (unless it's something that can improve the skills of the lower ranks). If this cannot happen, the leaders will simply be replaced.
Futhermore, the lack of trainings. Currently, there are little to no trainings within the USM and it's sub branches. You always have people asking for trainings and saying how inactive the USM is. If I achieve such position, trainings will be hosted daily as well as recruitments.
Last, access to the team at LV and DC. As criminals become a bigger problem everyday, so do rogues. As USM almost lets anyone in, it causes problems for the law enforcement. If I am put into the Defence Secretary position, the I will make sure the teams are limited to the ranks of the soldiers within USM. For example: If you have a BMT arriving at LV and then wanting to join the team, it will not let them as they are not a high enough rank, but if you were an E1-E2 and were joining LV, you would have the option of joining the team.
[How would you benefit the Administration?]
Most of our current administrative staff lack the actual commitment and dedication that others do. Some have served for months and have shown their true potential but are ignored. This goes into my point about nepotism. As we can see in USM right now, the SECDEF has been seen giving positions to his friends, not to those who have the experience. Most of the uncommitted staff of the current administration are most of the President's and Secretaries friends. If I am chosen as the SECDEF, nepotism will not exist because without it, the Military will be less corrupt and will have more people with experience and I feel experience is better than friends in positions. I have experienced the neglect and causes of nepotism first hand. Those with little to no experience have surpassed me in ranks and I am done letting it happen.
[Re-opening the Coast Guards]
The Coast Guards being reopened personally to me is a priority. The Coast Guards were shutdown because they had no solid purpose. Now, that will change. I have discussed with the Secretary of Homeland Security if he would bring back the Coast Guards and has totally supported such. The Coast Guards might not do something within NUSA, but will have a solid purpose within NUSM. The Coast Guard's purpose will be to defend during naval raids and act as a "second navy". The Coast Guards will be elite members of the Navy or the Department of Homeland Security (who are in USM) who have the experience and determination to defend our military from all threats. With the re-opening of the Coast Guards it will provide many Americans with jobs and to try something new.
[Russia Threat]
Recently, Russia have threatened war against our nation. This has caused chaos and confusion and has made the American people wonder why such a thing would occur. This chaos was that the United States Military was not prepared if an attack occurred. If I was to become Secretary of Defense, a priority of mine is to resolve and clear up the Russian threat. Though, if this is not possible, prepare our defense forces for any attacks if necessary so that they are ready for any attack heading their way. I also promise the American people, that I will never operate any reforms or policies that would put our military in a non-ready state at any time.
[Weekly Meetings]
Just briefly, I would like to talk about weekly meetings. I feel as though there isn't much communication within the DoD and that needs to be fixed. Weekly meetings will be held on a set date and time for all VICE SERVICE CHIEF+ to attend and discuss about our Military and current issues that need to be fixed as soon as they possibly can. This will ensure perfect communication and an update on our branches to ensure they're active and are prepared for battle if necessary.
[Abuse within the Department of Defense and the Military]
Abuse within the Department of Defense and the Military is quite immeasurable. At Las Vegas, there are almost always reports of either someone going rogue or someone abusing within the DoD or USM. This WILL stop. America, I promise that abuse will be eradicated and if there is any lurking of abuse, it will be dealt with ASAP. We want a safer America, it starts with a safer and better Military to sustain us.
Abuse will be reported to the Deputy Secretary of Defense. I am also willing to create an alternative account for abuse reports to be sent into that will be looked at daily.

[CONCLUSION]
America, I am promising you all, that everything stated above WILL and SHALL happen if I am chosen to be your Secretary of Defense. The Russian Issue, the eradication of abuse, the re-opening of Coast Guards and weekly meetings for the High Command are my main priorities to fix the Department of Defense, and this cannot be done without you, the American people of the United States.
