Non-Aggression Agreement

Preface: In order to maintain diplomatic and physical peace between European Union nations, this piece of legislation shall enact specific articles to prevent any possible escalation or divisions within the European Union.

Section I

Article I: No nation within the European Union may declare war on another European Union nation, act aggressively, excessively commit libel, spy on or cause and repeated disturbance towards another European Nation.
Article II: NAA callings will be the sole responsibility of the Council/Board and or Chairman to identify.
Article III: All NAA callings will first be approved by the Council/Board and or Chairman and then be sent to the Judiciary Branch for a final decision.
Article IV: Semi-Member nations are subject to NAA as well as any other European Union member.
Article V: Any nation not within the European Union whatsoever is not subject to NAA except if they are formally allied with the European Union.
Article VI: Any representative of a European Union member may not take part of any raid in another group that is targeting another EU Member, taking part of any raid against a EU member will be breaching the NAA.

Section II

Article I: Any nation that is identified as breaking the NAA by the Council/Board and or Chairman will be suspended and will become pending for possible discipline/removal from the European Union. Council/Board and or Chairman must agree that the nation in question is breaking NAA before it can be suspended.
Article II: If a nation is in question of breaking NAA, they have a chance to contact the Council/Board and or Chairman and dispute the ruling before they are suspended. The Council/Board and or Chairman will release a statement of possible suspension of a nation and allow a 48 hour grace period for the questioned nation to contact the Council/Board and or Chairman.
Article III: A nation that is convicted of breaking NAA shall be placed in the suspended rank and an emergency vote will be called for possible punishment/removal. Removal will only be an option if more than 1 criteria in Section I, Article I is breached.
Article IV: Nations that are punished for breach of NAA will serve their punishment and then be re-instated to their former position in the European Union when the punishment is over. If the nation leaves the European Union before its punishment is over, it will inflict severe penalties for possible re-joining of the European Union.
