And good of you to try to get the message across, that you aren't going to horde. My advice, however, is to hire people who aren't in it for the money and instead in it for the experience. People who genuinely want to work without a reward are generally better devs.

I am very happy that you responded gentlemanly, rather then starting a flame war. We both will keep your advice very close to mind. Thank you very much, what you said was very true, often time people looking for experience rather then payout is correct. Honestly, we were being lazy, with the money we had we thought we good jump a few corners in order to get this released when it should, thank you very much. We're all a little bit insane...

Money and Popularity is the principal reasons for being a dev. Sadly the human always wants something in return Just imagine if Devs gain no money from games they do Quality of games will just literally lower (Like games in 2012 lmao)
