Game keeps trying to install every time i uninstall.

I'm going to be perfectly honest, i don't like this game, i downloaded it to see how bad it is, it is probably because i am at a higher age when this game is aimed at a 3-13 y/o demogrpahic. Now down to my problem the game literally won't stop installing whenever i delete it or restart, this is becoming so annoying i have broke one of my mice. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ok i really need an answer. IT keeps downloading the setup. How DO I STOP this?!!!

Ok i fixed it, never again. Sorry i hate this game. Like alot.
