[TBEE] HR Guide:
This guide is to give the guild lines for each HR ranks and its duty. Each rank from Colonel to Commanders has different jobs. This guide will tell HR’s how to correctly do their job.
[HR] Colonel Guidelines.
The mission of a Colonel is to train and lead the group itself. They are meant to be on the frontline to giving orders and leading the attack. Here is a list of the following things they do,
-Holds trainings on a regular basis. (Every 5-6 days)
-Takes command during raids and defenses.
-Is able to take charge in any giving situation.
-Is skilled in Sword Fighting or Gun Fighting. (Usually both)
-Must be a part of the [TBEE] Council
[HR] Major General Guidelines”
Major Generals are in the process of becoming a general. Their job is much like the Colonel Job but with some extra things. Here is a list of the following things they do,
-Holds trainings for MR’s and Colonels. They can also train LR’s. (Every 9-10 days)
-They plan raids and defensive raids and make sure both parties agree to the place and time.
-They are able to take charge in any situation.
-They are skilled in sword fighting and gun fighting.
-Usually a part of a Specialty Unit such as the Special Forces.
-Must be a part of the [TBEE] Council.
[HR] Generals
Generals are the last rank a normal member can get to. Unless he becomes highly trusted by the Emperor. Below are listed their jobs;
-Holds a trainings session every 9-10 days. Usually trains MR’s but they can train any ranks below them.
-Usually commands a division.
-They can take charge in any given situation.
-They are elites when it comes to Sword Fighting and Gun Fighting.
-The Report directly to the Commanders.
-Must be a part of the [TBEE] Council
[HR] Commanders
-The Emperors right hand men/women.
-They hold at least one trainings ever 9-10 days.
-If the Emperor ever has to take a leave of absence one of the Commanders will take the title until he returns.
-They are at the head of the [TBEE] High Council.
-They can take charge in any situations.
-Decide whether members can be exiled or not.
-In charge of keeping the chain of command working in a mature and disciplined fashion.
-Ultimately decides war declarations and alliances.
-Must be a part of the [TBEE] High Council.
[HR] Emperor
The Emperor is the supreme ruler of the Empire and controls whatever happens. Like all of the ranks he has job requirements. The following are,
-Must hold a training every 5-6 days.
-Must keep all military installations in working condition.
-Must manage the chain of command so it is in a disciplined fashion.
-Must manage group funds appropriately.
-Is in charge of keeping all divisions in working order.
-Must be a part of the [TBEE] Council.
