It is time for us to take into consideration, WHY do we have the ranks, President and Vice President in certain agencies. For example, MPD, LVPD, DOJ, BOP, CONGRESS, ETC.
THIS IS STUPID. In real life, the President and Vice President HAVE NO CONTROL over these agencies/departments. The P and VP are part of the Executive Branch, not the Judicial, nor Legislative. A lot of agencies are NOT under the President as well.
The USA was formed so that we govern ourselves. At this moment, it is clear that the President and Vice President have the power to kick ALMOST anyone out of an agency.
The President APPOINTS a Director, but HE DOES NOT control that agency.
Now you may be thinking, he needs the rank to promote the Director. BUT NO, we have the founder for this reason.
Going on with that, if the President and Vice President ranks DO exist, the President and Vice President can secretly admit anyone into the agency/department, without consent with the director.
Benefits IF WE REMOVE the ranks:
> Less corruption
> Ability to have a President and Vice President THAT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE OBC/TBC/BC.

Also, when a new election happens it's hard for Night to promote each director to it's meaningful position. That is why the POTUS/VPOTUS are in their ranks. So night just has to promote them, so they can promote the Directors. |

All he has to do, is promote ONE director.
NOT TWO officials(P and VP).
Therefore it should be EASIER, to promote that one director, instead of TWO officials.
Besides, he can just ask his minions to do it FOR him. |

MPD is appointed by the President. The President can remove the MPD director. LVPD is under Paul's control. If there's a President/Vice President rank in that group, it's because Paul, the developer, wanted it there. The President has the authority to appoint Senate vacancies, so he should be able to accept his appointees into the group. The Vice President is the President of the Senate, and has the authority to host sessions and help manage elections, so it's necessary for him to be in Congress too (though really only the Vice President HAS to be in Congress, the President could be removed from the group with no harm done).
The President belongs in every department, agency, and sub-agency within the executive branch which is about 90% of the group. |

The DOJ is an executive branch department not judicial. The judicial branch is only the courts and their offices. All executive agencies and department are under complete control of the Preseident. LVPD is the only group that shouldn't have a president rank. |

DOJ is part of the Executive Branch, the DoJ is the lawyers, District Attorneys, Public Defenders, Investigators, and Prosecutors. A few other things over that. The reason is, the Attorney General has power over everyone in the DoJ except the judges, because the judges are not directly DoJ they are actually in the Judicial Branch only.
