we get fitness and we enjoy it, and have fun, and u sit on ur chair and complain about us having fun. Hell, most college teams wont let you play if your grades aren't above a C+ (At least thats how it works at VT, I've heard). Almost all sports programs want to see how good your grades are and decide if you play or not, based on if your grades are good or not.

Soccer and others sports help too, because it helps blood flow around your body fast. it helps your lungs, even running, which is something I don't like to do often, helps a lot.
