I have two ideas that I stumbles upon on while on Studio.
One of my ideas:
A button/function where you can type text on Parts/Bricks. I know there is already dialog, but what I mean is text on the actual part. This would make making signs a lot easier. But this is just an idea. :P
Another idea:
A button/function where you can color one side/surface of a part/brick. I was trying to build a house on studio, and I had wanted the walls of the inside of the house to be a different color than the outside of the house. I asked a friend if that would be possible, and they said there isn't a function for that. Because of this, I had to add two different layers of parts for the walls. If this feature was added, it would save some time when building.
I hope you liked those ideas! Sorry it was really long.
It's fine if you don't support the ideas, I just wanted to see if anyone would agree. Again, these were just ideas I were thinking of. Thanks for reading!

Idea #1 already exists, it's called a SurfaceGui. You can design entire interfaces on parts now.
Idea #2 can be done using decals. |

Oh, okay. Sorry, I should have looked into that. Thanks! |

the first idea already exists, it's called surfacegui...
|
|

2nd idea can (in your case) be done by making 2 bricks. one for outside wall, one for inside wall. to make it not look super thick, put both of the bricks' formFactor to custom to allow you to make it smaller than 1 stud. |

@rolbloxguy1876,
Yeah, I know. That's what I'm currently doing, but I just wanted to know if ROBLOX could make it if you don't have to do that and could easily paint the walls on each surface, which might save a bit time. I could always use GUIs though. :P

I mean decals, excuse me. |

oh, and i visited your place.
some building tips:
1. to make the place look way better overall, go into lighting in the explorer. uncheck the box that says "outlines"
2. (this is probably done anyway, but some parts looked like it needed this tip)
go into the "model" tab (i think that's what it is, i haven't been on studio for days) and change the drag grid to 1/5th. it makes it way easier to build without it being so much of a change that 1 stud drag grid will bring. |
